		Advance reservations and signature are always required. Payment of 2 nights lodging required to hold reservation. Prices subject to change without notice prior to our receipt of deposit payment. Security/damage deposit of $250 required in advance.
		60 days prior to arrival:  100% refund less $250.00 cancellation fee 30 days prior to arrival:  50% refund of total costs (lodging+cleaning+tax) 14 days or less prior to arrival:  No refund. Partial cancellations during a minimum stay period will be charged for the full minimum stay.
		Historic Beach House can be rented separately or with www.watavue.com a larger home sharing the same grounds.  Wecoma Creekside sleeps 8.  Watavue sleeps 16.  Together, both houses sleep up to 24.
